Delivery times
Colombo & suburbs: same-day or next-day dispatch.
Outstation: 2–4 business days via our partner couriers (Pronto, Domex, Aramex).
Delivery charges
Free island-wide delivery on orders over Rs 5,000. Standard delivery fee is Rs 450 for orders below that threshold.
Tracking
Every order receives an SMS + email with a live tracking link once dispatched.
Order cut-off
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day (Mon–Sat). Sunday orders dispatch on Monday.
Failed deliveries
If you're unavailable, our courier will reattempt up to 2 times. After that, the order returns to our warehouse and we'll reach out to reschedule.
