7-day return window
You may return any unused product in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible items
Most products are eligible. For hygiene reasons, opened earphones, earbuds, and screen protectors cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to return
Contact us at returns@mobixlk.com with your order ID. We'll arrange a courier pickup at our cost for defective items, or share return instructions for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method or as store credit.
Warranty claims
All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled directly by our service team.
